OLBIS Company bought KSG AgroSergey Kasyanov gave a controlling stake in the agricultural holding KSG Agro Swiss to the OLBIS company. Previously, CD Investments SA company owned the64.62% shares of the company.

ICD Investments SA Holding Company (Switzerland) has transferred 64.62% stake of the agro-industrial company KSG Agro (Dnipropetrivsk region) to the OLBIS.

This is stated in the message of the KSG Agro.

Both companies – ICD Investments SA and OLBIS – controlled by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the KSG Agro Sergey Kasyanov.

After the transaction, which took place on March 3, 2016, the share capital of the ICD Investments SA amounted to 0%. Over the next 12 months OLBIS and ICD exclude changes of its share in the KSG Agro.

According to the report, over the next 12 months, the OLBIS company excludes the change of its share in the authorized capital of the KSG Agro.

As previously reported, in January-September 2015 the KSG Agro company received a net profit of $ 2.943 million, whereas it  received 26.489 million dollar loss for the same period last year.

KSG Agro was founded in 2001, it is a vertically integrated company, operating in virtually all segments of the agricultural market.Facilities included in the company are located in Dnipropetrivsk and Kharkiv regions. The company develops a pig-breeding area, involved in agriculture, processing, production of flour and biofuels. KSG Agro carried out an initial public offering (IPO) in the Warsaw Stock Exchange April 15, 2011. 33% of the shares were sold for more than $ 40 million.
