Найближчим часом очікується зменшення коливань на готівковому валютному ринку України. Про це сказав заступник голови НБУ Юрій Гелетій.
“Такі коливання заспокоюються з часом. Курс гривні у готівковому сегменті ринку навіть незважаючи на війну коливається в обидві сторони, про що свідчить динаміка ринку протягом усього терміну дії воєнного стану”, – додав він.
Гелетій нагадав, що з метою зменшення коливань у готівковому сегменті валютного ринку та швидшої стабілізації ситуації в ньому Нацбанк ухвалив важливе рішення, яке набуло чинності з 27 липня. Відповідно до нього банки отримали можливість збільшити обсяг пропозиції готівкової валюти громадянам.
Так, якщо до змін цей обсяг враховував лише куплену раніше валюту банками у готівковому сегменті валютного ринку з 13 квітня 2022 року, то зараз до неї додається половина викупу банками у населення безготівкової валюти з аналогічної дати.
