Eurobond holders of the agricultural holding Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) for $ 750 million with a circulation period to 2020 agreed to soften some of the conditions of securities’ circulation.
According to the Interfax-Ukraine, they agreed to change the definition of “consolidated net income” to exclude the impact of exchange rate differences during any period starting on July 1, 2014.
According to the MHP report in the London Stock Exchange, the company received the necessary support for its proposal to ease the covenant, but there is no information about an indication of the supporters’ share of the deal.
Agriholding recalls that the payment of premiums to the holders who have approved the transaction in the amount of $ 12.5 per $ 1 thousand of the nominal value of the bonds in the property will be carried out on May 9.
Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) is a vertically integrated company, founded in 1998.
MHP is the undisputed leader of the Ukrainian poultry market. Agriholding combines production facilities throughout the process chain of meat production – from breeding and feed production, hatching eggs, cattle breeding and poultry for processing and sale of finished products.
Direction of the production: industrial production of chicken meat, cultivation of grains and oilseeds, production of meat and sausage products. Land Bank of the company includes 350 thousand ha.
