The electronics company LG has completely stopped producing smartphones.
The latest gadgets of this brand are Velvet 2 Pro and LG Rollable. These smartphones never hit the free market. And the rest of the models LG sells to its employees working in South Korea.
By the way, the only factory that specialized in the manufacture of smartphones and tablets, located in Vietnam, will be engaged only in the assembly of household appliances.
Note that this plant became the main company in 2015. In addition to mobile electronics, there were modules for cameras, large appliances and displays. From this day, May 31, the production of large appliances will be the main focus of LG.
The company’s departure from the market was commented on by a sharp decline in demand for manufactured devices, which was recorded in April this year.
