Economic Court of Odessa region has introduced the procedure of readjustment PJSC “Odessa Oil and Fat Plant”, 29 July 2016. This is stated in the relevant court judgment in the case №916/4932/15.
The case of bankruptcy of PJSC “Odessa Oil and Fat Plant” Court of Odessa region was initiated December 28, 2015.
Manager of readjustment has been appointed Denis Chernenchenko, trustee in bankruptcy cases. Also clarifies that the filing of applications by investors is possible within two months from the date of publication of the notice of the introduction of rehabilitation procedures.
As reported, “Odessa Fat and Oil Plant” produces and supplies to the industrial and consumer market of margarine, culinary and confectionery fats, sunflower oil and mayonnaise under the trademark “Sonyachna Dolina”. “Odessa Oil and Fat Plant” in 2014 reduced the net loss by 8.4% to 123,019 million hryvnia, net income of company rose by 6% – up to 71 million hryvnia, gross profit – grew more than doubled to 14,965 million hryvnia.
Public Joint Stock Company “Odessa Oil and Fat” is one of the leaders of the oil and fat industry of Ukraine. The company was founded in the early twentieth century, and more than a dozen years manufactures and distributes industrial and consumer market of margarine, culinary and confectionery fats, sunflower oil and mayonnaise. Brand “Sonyachna Dolina” is familiar to consumers across the country and has a lot of fans.
